• why do you ship pacis dismantled?i ship them dismantled to save on shipping costs and reducing the chance of damage caused during shipping! it saves 60% on shipping costs and i've had a significant amount of less damaged items since i switched!• is your shipping discreet?yep all orders are sent in plain grey mailers with "keychain" as the custom info! there's nothing on the packages on my shop name or any info on what's inside• i saw a custom i like! can you remake it?i absolutely cannot remake any customs as it's a personal piece made for the original buyer• what payment methods do you offer?i offer paypal and website payments for international customers and paypal/website/bank transfers for uk customers!• do you offer holds?unfortunately not as i've had too many people hold items and then ghost me after which is very damaging to small businesses

• do you do custom buttons?i do! as long as they're sfw, i'm able to make any image into a button for you for no extra cost!• why is your packaging plain?it saves on cost! that way i'm able to make my products as cheap as possible, because pretty packaging unfortunately costs a bunch and it'll raise my prices• i like a premade that was sold, can it be remade?all my remakes are on my website under the remake section! if it's not there, unfortunately it cannot be remade exactly• how long are wait times?premade items usually are shipped in a few days or up to a week!custom/remake orders depend on how whether i have the supplies ready to go! if i do, then i aim to finish it in a few days or up to 2 weeks. if i don't have the supplies for it, the wait time starts after i recive the missing pieces!keep in mind this is a aim and not a guarantee, i am human and if there are a ton of orders before yours, i will have to finish theirs first ofc, and health issues or delays could push back the time further
